REFUND POLICY
At Melivya, we aim to make shopping seamless and stress-free, including the return and refund process. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase, provided all tags are still attached and the item is unused and in its original condition.

A brief explanation of the return reason

(Optional) Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will guide you through the return process. All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse for inspection and processing. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and the return address.
